1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Aristotle Bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the bot.

2. Use of the Bot

You agree to use Aristotle Bot only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You must not use the bot:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
• To exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way.
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Aristotle Bot, a Aristotle representative, another user, or any other person or entity.
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the bot, or which, as determined by us, may harm Aristotle Bot or users of the bot or expose them to liability.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The bot and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Cosmos² and its licensors. The content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Aristotle Bot is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the bot will be available at all times, free from errors, or meet your requirements.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Cosmos², nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the bot; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the bot; (iii) any content obtained from the bot; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Europe, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our bot immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
